Today is World Mental Health Day and also the second day of Baby Loss Awareness Week, and this year's theme is Together, we care. We’re honoured to share the heartfelt stories of three incredible dads — Adam, Ross, and Tom — who bravely opened up about their experiences of loss, the deep impact of receiving an Aching Arms Bear, and the support and comfort they found during their grief journey.
They also touch on how important it is to open up and talk.
