We welcome the news today, from The Department of Health and Social Care announcing that over 100,000 Baby Loss Certificates have been issued.
At Aching Arms we understand how important it can be for bereaved families to have their pregnancy and baby losses acknowledged. This milestone shows how meaningful it can be to have our experiences recognised.
Baby loss certificates were first launched in England in February 2024 for those who have experienced a loss before 24 weeks or 28 weeks (if the loss was before October 1992)
Further information about the news today can be found on the Governnment website here. If you'd like to apply for a certificate, you can do so here.
